June 30, 1995: PBA Hall of Famer Dave Davis defeats Adam Toney, 195-171, and Pete Couture, 225-203, before downing top seed John Handegard, 216-209, to capture the ABC Senior Masters and its $38,000 top prize at the National Bowling Stadium in Reno, Nev.


June 30, 1990: Baltimore's Danny Wiseman wins his second PBA title—and second of the year—with a 221-210 victory over top seed Ron Palombi at the Kessler Classic in Riverside, Calif. Wiseman reached the championship match by edging Warren Nelson, 39-37, in a roll-off after they tied at 200 in the semifinal contest.
